  • Domestic Orders (India):
    Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders:
    Estimated delivery within 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases of returns or exchanges.
  • Any additional charges such as custom duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

  • In the rare event that a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (including an unboxing video).
  • Resolution will be provided at our discretion after verification with the courier partner.

8. Undelivered & Refused Orders

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details are not eligible for a full refund.
  • Any approved refund in such cases will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
