At Legacy Luxe Designs, every piece is crafted and curated with the utmost attention to detail. We value transparency and customer satisfaction, and therefore request you to carefully review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
1. Our Policy at a Glance
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted only in cases of an error from our end, supported by valid proof.
- Orders once placed are final and cannot be cancelled.
- International orders are not eligible for refunds.
2. Eligibility for Return, Exchange & Refund
Returns or exchanges are considered only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any claim, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:
- Begin from the sealed package
- Be recorded continuously without edits, cuts, or filters
- Clearly display the customer name, address, and invoice

Requests received after this period will not be entertained.
3. Refund Guidelines
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued only for the product value.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If an exchange is unavailable due to stock limitations, customers may:
- Wait for restocking, or
- Opt for a refund (excluding shipping charges)
4. Non-Eligible Requests
Returns or refunds will not be approved in the following cases:
- Size-related concerns
- Orders currently in transit
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
- Correctly processed and shipped orders
5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Discounted or sale items (all sales are final)
- Used, worn, altered, or tampered products
- Return shipping charges exceeding βΉ80
(Shipping costs will be borne by us only if the error is from our end and supported by valid proof.)
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
- Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for refunds.
- Prepaid orders refused at delivery are non-refundable.
7. Return Shipping & Process
Customer Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Exchange delivery timelines may vary based on location.

8. Additional Terms
- If a package is returned due to customer error (incorrect address or contact details), only 50% of the order value will be refunded within 15β20 business days.
- Issues not reported within 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
